Subscriptions

Optional monthly plans with a usage allowance at lower per-model prices.

A subscription is an optional monthly plan. You pay a fixed price each month and get the same amount as a usage allowance, spent at your plan's prices. Plans, when offered, are listed on the pricing page and on the Billing page of your dashboard, where you subscribe and manage your plan. Without a plan, you pay as you go from prepaid credits.

PlanPriceMonthly allowanceRolling 5 hoursRolling 7 days
Chat$8/month$8$3$5
Plus$20/month$20$8$10
Max$100/month$100$40$50

Chat is sized for chatting and creative writing. Every plan can use every model, endpoint and the API.

Plan prices

Each plan has its own price for each model route. A plan's price for a route is never higher than the pay-as-you-go price, and bigger plans can have lower prices. Some routes cost the same on every plan. Your allowance is spent at the prices in effect when each request is made, so how far it goes depends on the models you use and how you use them.

One allowance covers the website chat and the API. Your usage records show what each request would have cost at pay-as-you-go prices, and the Billing page shows what your plan has saved you this month.

Limits

Three limits apply at the same time: the rolling 5-hour limit, the rolling 7-day limit and the monthly allowance. A request must fit all three before it starts, and its reserved amount counts toward them until it settles. If a request does not fit, lower its max_tokens or wait for a limit to reset.

When you reach a limit

Use credits when a limit is reached is on for a new subscription. With it on, a request that does not fit your plan's limits is paid from your prepaid credits at pay-as-you-go prices instead. The whole request moves to credits; it is never split between the two. You can turn the setting off on the Billing page. With it off, or without enough credits, the request is refused with 402 subscription_limit_exhausted, which names the limit you reached.

Changing or cancelling

  • Upgrade. A bigger plan starts a new month right away. You pay its price minus a credit for the unused part of your current plan, and the new allowance is available as soon as the payment goes through.
  • Downgrade. A smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal. You keep your current plan until then, and you can cancel the scheduled change.
  • Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan and its remaining allowance stay usable until the end of the month you paid for.
  • No rollover. Unused allowance ends with the month.

Plans are paid by card and renew monthly on your card.

What does not change

  • Rate limits. A subscription does not change your account's rate limits. An active plan does raise your free model limits.
  • Privacy. A subscription does not change your privacy settings or route any request to a less private provider.
  • Web search. Each successful web search costs $0.006 on every account, with or without a plan.
  • Credits. Purchased credits stay separate and keep the service fee. The plan only spends them when Use credits when a limit is reached is on.

AnonRouter may change plan prices, allowances, limits, available models and per-model prices. A change to a plan's monthly price applies only from your next renewal after notice, and you can cancel before it applies. The Supplemental Subscription Terms shown when you subscribe apply in addition to the Terms of Service.

Or hand the whole thing to your agent

One prompt carries the entire setup. Give it to your agent, review what it configures, and you are done.
